The location of this property in the Zona Colonial is excellent! It’s a beautiful place with its own restaurant and bar. You can easily walk to all the main attractions, hotels, bars, and great restaurants—and feel safe while doing so. The area is clean, and the staff is very responsive, addressing any concerns quickly and professionally.

From the moment we stepped into the Kimpton Las Mercedes, we were blown away by the exceptional service and stunning accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, always with a friendly smile and attentive care. Our room was nothing short of incredible – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail in both the service and the space made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Santo Domingo in style and comfort.

- The design of the hotel was extremely nice - Maria and Edward at the reception were very helpful. - We enjoyed the pool. - Very good bed.
